EPA Recovery Act

EPA: The Recovery Act

EPA's Region 3 office has aided America's economic recovery by allocating over six hundred thousand dollars of stimulus money for tank removal, drilling, soil sampling, and the creation of more jobs.

It provides a framework that an organization can follow, rather than establishing environmental performance requirements. ISO/TS 16949 is an ISO technical specification aimed at the development of a quality management system that provides for continual improvement, emphasizing defect prevention and the reduction of variation and waste in the automotive industry supply chain and production. UL

UL LLC is a global safety certification company. It maintains offices in 46 countries. Established in 1894 as the Underwriters' Electrical Bureau (a bureau of the National Board of Fire Underwriters), it was known throughout the 20th century as Underwriters Laboratories and participated in the safety analysis of many of that century's new technologies.
